Before entering the mortgage industry, Elias worked as a Regional Director, managing a $1 billion portfolio across South Florida. In this role, he oversaw asset performance, financial strategy, and operations for large-scale commercial properties. He also spent more than a decade with a $6 billion REIT, where he developed deep expertise in commercial real estate, portfolio management, and investment strategy.

At Mortgage by Julia, Elias oversees operations, deal flow, and process optimization, helping create a seamless experience from application to closing. Known for his analytical mindset, leadership, and attention to detail, he ensures every file is handled with professionalism and accuracy. He is fluent in English, Lebanese, and French, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
